When integrated into your Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), ChiliFresh provides book review and rating content and posting services, and/or ChiliPAC features, and/or Book cover art, and/or Mobile apps (ChiliFresh Services) to enhance your patron’s online experience in your catalog. By signing up for an account and integrating ChiliFresh Services into your OPAC, you agree to the following terms of use. By creating an account, integrating ChiliFresh Services, accessing, viewing, allowing your patrons to view and/or use the content from ChiliFresh Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, if you do not agree with these terms of use do not use this website.

Copyright Information

Use of Materials on ChiliFresh Website.

Unless otherwise specified, you may display and allow your staff and patrons to use ChiliFresh Services on books and other materials that are displayed in your OPAC. The ChiliFresh Services used in your OPAC is for informational and noncommercial purposes only. ChiliFresh AND your organization retains joint ownership of all content generated by your users in ChiliFresh Services that is entered into the ChiliFresh Services by your users. You may not reproduce or publicly display, perform, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise use the content of ChiliFresh Services except as permitted with the standard integration into your Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and APIs provided as part of ChiliFresh Services.

Use of ChiliFresh Services

Any software that may be downloaded from this Website or integrated into your OPAC is licensed subject to the terms of this agreement. Except for rights granted pursuant to this agreement, ChiliFresh and its licensors reserve all intellectual property rights, title and interest in such software.

Creating an account on ChiliFresh.com (signing up) is completely free of charge. Your organization is free to integrate ChiliFresh Services into your OPAC for a full trial period without any financial obligation. Within the trial period, your organization is required to agree to the pricing provided on demand either by ChiliFresh or by vendor representing ChiliFresh in order to continue use of ChiliFresh Services. At the conclusion of the trial period, your organization will be invoiced for the subscription period agreed upon and in order to continue use of ChiliFresh Services, payment is required within a 30 day time period.

Partner and other Third Party Descriptions

This website contains information concerning various third parties who also provide ChiliFresh Services that is available for display in your OPAC. This information is provided for your convenience only. ChiliFresh is not responsible for and does not warrant any content entered, moderated or managed by any of its other clients. ChiliFresh does not warrant such ChiliFresh Services content in any way as to its accuracy, appropriateness or relevance. When your organization displays content of ChiliFresh Services entered and/or moderated by another library or any other organization, you do so with the understanding that ChiliFresh does not represent the quality, appropriateness or relevance in any way whatsoever.

ChiliFresh provides certain links to other websites as a convenience to you. ChiliFresh does not monitor nor control the content of any other website and assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind for any material or communications available at such websites.
