I probably read this book faster than any book I have ever read before. It's a perfect balance of mystery and action. It's a perfect length too, not too long to where you get exhausted, but not so short it's over in an hour. Matthw J. Kirby is a fantastic writer and I reccomend this book to any one and everyone. The charectars are fabulous and I loved them a lot. My favorite was Guiseppe, but it's hard to choose. I love this book so much!!!!!

I hope Kirby keeps writing more because he has a talent that I haven't found in very many books. There are three main stories that weave, wind and braid their characters together by the end in an entertaining mystery that ends on a pleasantly positive note compared to most kids' books today. While it is a higher reading level than Harry Potter type books, it's exactly what I've been looking for to teach writing skills to my pre-teen kids - good grammer, foreshadowing, different points of view and resolutions for every character mentioned throughout the story.

A mystery novel. Three children each hold a part of of the puzzle that wil help solve the mystery. They all have a lot to lose if they fail but also a lot to gain if they will work together. Not a very easy read but interesting and will keep you coming back to find out how it will end.

One of the best books I have read during this school year. I am in the middle of it and its so good. I would surely recommend this to a friend or someone with a higher reading level. Hope this helps.
